11How do I Set up my trading account?

As part of the account opening process you are asked 8 questions about trading.  You need to get 7 correct. Eightcap have produced an e-book which provides the necessary information.  You can access the e-book here: Start Trading on Financial Markets the Essentials. If you fail on the first attempt you can have a second go, but make sure you re-read the e-book and any other resources that Eightcap send you. Use this link Latest Trade Results to access the most recent trades on each software. Check against your trades and report any discrepancies to support@aats.au  Essentially your trades should be triggered at the same time as the reference account but your entry price may be a little different due to the dynamic nature of the markets. This small difference in entry price will mean a slightly different stop level, and hence your exit price may vary also. The important thing here is that you are getting the same trades.
